A&K Strata Management is a family owned Strata Management Company located on the Northern Beaches. We are a small team focusing on working alongside owners and committee members to ensure a smooth, healthy community within their properties. As well as ensuring repairs and maintenance are actioned efficiently and according to current requirements. The goal is to have owners and committee members having peace of mind with their Strata Company so they can enjoy a well-balanced work-life balance whilst living in a strata community.

Building trust with owners and committee members for us to run the common areas and financials. This will ensure owners and committee members can focus on their own businesses and have the peace of mind that their Strata Company is looking after them. Leaving them to enjoy a well-balanced work-life balance whilst running a business in a strata building.

Throughout my career as a Strata Manager I have established a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry since my beginnings in 2011. Being available, responsive and thorough in all areas are key in my industry and qualities of which I take pride on.

  • Certificate of Registration – Real Estate Agents - Sales

  • Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking

  • Previous Insurance experience in Sales, Customer Service and Claims

Belinda Ayubi-Knight

Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator

 

Belinda Ayubi-Knight has over 13 years customer service, time management and problem solving experience throughout her career as a Travel Consultant from being a consultant to an Assistant Team Leader.

  • Diploma of Business Management

  • Certificate IV Travel and Tourism 

  • Dealings with Business travel and corporation reservations

  • Certificate IV Information Technology
